It is also helpful to have been in business yourself or at the very least, understand business and of course be able to understand accounts.

Full training and mentoring will be offered to successful applicants along with a comprehensive brokerage manual which includes effective and easy to use Agreements & forms.
To begin the process of becoming a business broker you will need to obtain a Real Estate Salespersons Certificate. This can be achieved by either home study or by attending a specialty course.
Remuneration is by way of a performance based commission.
