"Very professional and experienced salesperson" - Alan

I first had contact with Alan about 9 years ago where he sold our previous company; he listed it on a Wednesday afternoon and brought our buyer in at 9am the following morning paying asking price. Therefore, when we decided to sell our next company he was our first contact.

Alan spends a lot of time getting to understand the business and opportunities so when it does go to market, he handles all the preliminary questions with quick decisive answers. This time while we didn’t sell overnight (although we did sell to the second person we had an interview with and above asking!) Alan bought through good quality prospects. Ironically, we were two days out from going unconditional when we ended up in lockdown level 4, during that tumultuous time we all gathered that no one was going to buy a business based on the scary unknown.

However, Alan kept in touch with the buyer and we worked our way through and ended up closing off the sale as we entered Level 3. Selling a business during a world pandemic highlights the ability and professionalism that Alan has. With our sale going through Alan ended up once again Top Salesman of the year for Barkers.  We cannot recommend Alan enough for anyone that wants a very professional and experienced salesperson that gets results and quickly!
