"Mike exceeded expectations" - Michael K

After investing 20 years building a business and deciding it was time to sell our Sales & Distribution enterprise, we contacted Mike Keeton of Barker Business Brokers.
This being the first time selling a business, we did not have clear expectations on how the process might work.  Mike did a comprehensive job in building our understanding of what lie ahead.  All of that orientation was accurate and fell into place as projected.  It allowed us to migrate through the transition from owners to past owners in an orderly and low-stress process.
Mike also is a keen observer and was able to find an excellent match for the technical, commercial and market position that our company carved out in our time serving cusotmers in Oceania.
I am presently working with the new owner to develop his product competencies and awareness of the nuances of each customer site that has been served.
The aspect that most exceeded expectations was how thorough Mike was in understanding our business and how it operated - and how hard he worked in finding an excellent fit with a buyer.
Our accountant recommended Mike and to them we have significant gratitude.  It is clear that Mike is cut out of different fabric and is heads and shoulders above his peers in this sector.
