After trying to sell our Motel and Backpackers for over 2 years through various Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Alan Dufty came along and did the job. He had previously sold the purchasers busy Auckland business and suggested our lifestyle business in the beautiful Coromandel.
The deal was subject to the purchasers selling their Auckland property which proved to be a little harder than thought. After a couple of variations to the agreement by Alan, allowing them more time to sell, we got the job done. They turned out to be a great fit for the business and the handover went smoothly.
