Everyone has reservations about paying commission but I found as the sale process continued and I saw the effort, cost and time you put into achieving the ultimate end result that the commission charged was justifiable.
The advertising, contacts, spreadsheets, the many trips up to Dargaville to talk with tire kickers, the follow ups, the negotiation with the final buyer and their accountant in Whangarei, discussions with my Lawyer and Accountant, formulating a purchase plan and timetable then guiding everyone through it must have been a task on it on.
