Putting together a great proposal, we were pleasantly surprised by value you placed on our business which was higher than we had expected. Many of the things we took for granted in our business, you demonstrated the benefit to potential purchases and referenced other businesses in the same industry by example. It was very reassuring that you had done your research and understood what you were selling.
However to bring us three strong offers in such a short space of time was fantastic, and gave us the luxury of choosing the purchasers that we felt would fit the business and team best. The numerous afterhours visits during the negotiation period, and the moral support when needed, was invaluable thank you and I truly appreciate all that you have done to achieve a successful outcome for us.
