"The sale price was a great deal higher" - Frank

This email is to say thanks for the sale of my business. I was approached by Frank Pollard re selling my 30 bed Resthome which at that time wasn't on the market. Following some discussion, I agreed to let Frank market the property/business as he had a potential buyer.

He appraised the business and put a value on it, a sale was made during a quick and smooth process. The sale price was a good deal higher than the appraised value.

I found Frank to be honest and professional. He was easy to deal with and certainly proactive with the sale and communication between the two parties.
