"Determined and someone who believes in himself" - Alan

The sale of our business was very unique. If you have a business to sell, list it with Alan. He’s the man.
We listed our business with Alan in July 2014. Being one of only 217 registered finance companies in the country we knew our target audience was going to be very limited.
After talking to Alan for the first time in person I felt assured he was the guy for us. He came across determined and someone who believes in himself. Within 2 weeks of signing on with Alan to sell our business he had 3 offers one of which we accepted at full asking price.
5 weeks later the due diligence and other conditions were all satisfied and we then had issues with our landlord and our lawyer. The deal fell through. A couple of weeks later because of Alan’s persistence and perseverance he got another offer from a new party, which he was then able to get the original purchasers back to the table and he sold them our business. If it wasn’t for Alan’s confidence, determination and support through the entire process it
would have been almost emotionally unbearable for me, and I hope any person reading this does not have to go through the same.
When I buy or sell any business in the future I couldn’t afford to use anybody other than Alan Dufty. Thanks for everything Alan I won’t forget it.
