"Very encouraging and professional in his approach with this suggestion" - Frank

I met Frank Pollard approximately 18 months ago when I contacted him with regards to an advertisement he had in his bi-monthly newsletter looking to assist owners to buy or sell aged care facilities.  I rang him with a proposal to look at building a new facility on some surplus land I owned.  During the phone call we discussed my ownership of a Retirement Village in Whangarei.  Frank immediately encouraged me to look at the potential for him to market and sell the property.  This is something I had not considered up until this point in time.

Frank was very encouraging and professional in his approach with this suggestion.  It was a big decision to sell as we had developed and owned this property for over 20 years.  It was only through Frank's persistence and positive manner that we were happy to allow him to market our property.

He subsequently found a buyer relatively quickly and has handled the complete process in a very efficient way.  Given the value of the sale and the intricacies involved, this transaction was not without its difficulties.  If it wasn't for Franks diligence and tenacity this deal would have definitely not proceeded.

I would personally like to thank Frank for his honesty and integrity in the manner in which he handled the sale and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
