Alan was responsible in ‘brokering’ of both the ‘Business’ & ‘Land & Buildings’ of The Big Apple (2003) Ltd based in Otorohanga in May 2012.

Even though the business was a very successful and profitable business since its inception in 1995, the business was a very difficult business to sell. 

We had the business ‘On the Market’ for two years with a couple of different agents with no success before listing with Alan.
