"I cannot express how impressed we are" - Alan

We approached Alan Dufty from Barker Business Brokerage to sell our business; we had looked around and decided that Barker Business was the most Professional business agency. Upon meeting with Alan he went through all aspects of our business to get a full understanding of how it was run, this took several hours then over the next few days we had called several times just to clarify points.
About one week later he presented me with the presentation pack along with a fair market price, which I found not only informative but very professional, while still retaining confidentiality.
At that point I think it was a Wednesday night he called and advised that he was going to send it out to his Data base, however had a client in mind that he thought would be very interested, come the following morning I got a phone call just before 9am, it was Alan saying he had a client that wanted to see us at 9.30 and also that he had received over 30 confidentiality agreements overnight!! He bought his client through and we ended up with a 4 hour meeting and over the next couple of days a couple more meetings, contract was signed up subject to due diligence, then 10 days later the business went unconditional for the full asking price.
Prior to listing I read a few references where Barker Business Brokerage had sold their clients businesses in less than a month which impressed me, however to have our business pretty much sell overnight was so impressive, during the weeks to follow Alan was in touch with both the buyer and myself to ensure everything was running smoothly.
I cannot express how impressed we are from Alan’s professional approach and presentation as well as genuine interest to understand what he was selling, which in turn provided the purchaser with accurate information and confidence.

I did joke to Alan about his fee, but in reality there would be no way I could’ve attracted quality buyers in such a short time, stress free and for the full asking price. We cannot recommend highly enough Alan Dufty and Barker Business Brokerage for their services.
