These centres are fully staffed and fully managed, operating superbly. The vendor is happy to help a buyer with a longer than normal handover to ensure the business remains successful. With both being fully managed by extremely competent managers this really is a virtual ''hands off investment'. The vendor currently oversees invoicing and payroll and attends monthly meetings on occasion but is certainly far from needed day to day – week to week.

These centres are reasonably close to each other (without competing) which is amazing for sharing staff when needed. One centre is full with a small wait list, the other is 80 odd percent occupied. The fit out and delivery of these centres are A++. Well established but less than 10 years old (1 is less than 5).
