Chloe Belli

Chloe brings extensive experience in corporate administration, sales support and recruitment, paired with a strong focus on delivering high quality service every time. Her background across customer facing and operational roles has helped her develop a solid understanding of business processes, communication and client care.

During her early career Chloe completed full time University studies while working in a busy hospitality environment, which strengthened her time management, prioritisation and negotiation skills. She later progressed into corporate roles, beginning on reception for a multi national business solutions organisation before moving into sales support and recruitment. Her commitment to excellence has been recognised through multiple industry awards, including being a three time Winner of the REINZ Awards for Excellence, Office Administrator of the Year.

Chloe enjoys contributing to a professional, high performing team and is motivated by environments where everyone is working toward shared goals. In her role with Barker Business Brokerage she supports brokers and internal teams with marketing, administration and client coordination, all of which play an important part in the business sales process. Her proactive and creative approach adds value to the company’s commitment to professional and confidential business sales across New Zealand.

Outside of work Chloe is focused on her young family. Her down to earth and approachable nature supports her ability to maintain a healthy work life balance while welcoming new opportunities in both her personal and professional life.
