As General Manager of Barker Business, I deliver on our vision of being New Zealand’s most respected business brokerage. My role is to grow our team of brokers, strengthen our systems, and ensure every client achieves the best possible result.

My leadership journey began over a decade ago when I took on the management of an automotive workshop. That experience shaped my approach to building teams, driving operational improvements, and delivering measurable results.

Since then, I have led large-scale operations, communications projects, and customer experience initiatives, each designed to make businesses more efficient, profitable, and client-focused.

Over the years, I have guided teams through growth, transformation, and change. I have built high-performing cultures, improved systems, and ensured operations consistently exceeded expectations. My focus has always been on operational excellence, turning strategy into practical outcomes that strengthen both business performance and client trust.

At Barker Business, I apply this same discipline to brokerage. By aligning strategy with execution, I support our brokers to perform at their best, ensure processes are seamless for vendors and purchasers, and lead the business toward sustainable growth.

My goal is to position Barker Business as the first choice for business sales in every region of New Zealand.
