"Developed a very good marketing plan" - Ronit

Ronit recently successfully listed and sold two businesses that we had.  

Despite one of these businesses being a very technical business, Ronit quickly understood what the business involved, who likely buyers would be, and from this, came up with an expected sell price (which we were very happy with), and developed a very good marketing plan based on this.

She immediately received a number of prospective buyers as we were confident she would,  due to the business being highly successful and profitable.

We learnt early on that the real value she added from her considerable business sales experience, was the large potential buyers data base she has, but also the ability to filter out the potential buyers who had the understanding and resources to be able to take over the business, and eliminate some of the “trye kickers”.

Ronit negotiated very well and was always completely professional in all her dealings with both us as the sellers,  and the buyers, so that both parties were both pleased with the outcome.

She continued to assist through the whole transfer phase giving us good advice along the way based on both her business selling experience, plus her personal experience as an ex business owner,  that had gone through the same business selling process.

While the selling costs can seem relatively high, we felt that for the work she did and the outcome and price that Ronit achieved, we felt this presented great value, and would strongly recommend her.
