He currently owns multiple childcare businesses himself, Josh understands the realities behind the numbers. From staffing, occupancy, and compliance through to profitability, growth, and parent relationships, he knows the operational and commercial drivers that influence both business performance and business value.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and business leadership, including international management roles, Josh has developed a strong understanding of how successful transactions are built.
